Welcome to Superfacially! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any related communications. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or package, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Appointments

  • Deposits: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book any service. This deposit is applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel late or fail to show up, your deposit is forfeited.

  • Arriving Late: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Services & Results

  • We strive to provide excellent skincare and aesthetic services. However, results vary per individual, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • A full consultation will be provided before any medical or aesthetic procedure.

  • You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or contraindicated.

Packages & Memberships

  • Packages: All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Unused services will not be refunded.

  • Memberships: Our memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment. Early cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Payments & Refunds

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved forms of payment.

  • All deposits and services are non-refundable.

  • Retail products may be eligible for exchange if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Client Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, respectful environment and expect the same from our clients.

  • Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services and future appointments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal information and medical history are protected under HIPAA and will not be shared without your written consent.

  • We respect your privacy and take all reasonable steps to keep your data secure.

Promotions & Pricing

  • All promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

  • Prices listed online or in marketing materials are subject to change at any time.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, service names, and copy, is the intellectual property of Superfacially.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Superfacially, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

  • Clients accept full responsibility for understanding the nature of each treatment before proceeding.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court located in Harris County, Texas.
