Refund Policy

At Superfacially, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide top-tier services and high-quality products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

Services

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed treatments or services

  • Deposits for booked appointments

  • Missed or no-show appointments

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and explore possible solutions.

Retail Products

We do not offer refunds on skincare or wellness products. However, we may accept exchanges for unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase, if:

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • It was purchased directly from Superfacially (not a third-party)

Customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law, and may only be used for products or services at Superfacially.

Packages & Memberships

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused services will not be refunded.

  • Memberships are subject to a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations may incur a $100 fee and are non-refundable.

Online Orders

All online orders are final once processed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at glow@superfacially.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.
