Before Your Appointment To get the most out of your treatment, please: • Avoid tanning and prolonged sun exposure for at least 1 week • Stop using retinoids, retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and other strong exfoliants 3-5 days before your appointment • Avoid waxing or depilatory products on the treatment area for at least 1 week • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup if possible • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment • Let us know about any medications, active breakouts, cold sores, or skin irritation before your appointment Please do not schedule if you have an active sunburn, open wounds, or an active skin infection in the treatment area.
