Cancellation Policy
To reserve your time at Superfacially, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your service total. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a fee or forfeited deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. No-shows or repeated last-minute changes may impact future booking privileges. To maintain a serene and elevated experience, we kindly ask that you arrive solo, no children or more than 1 guest, please.
