Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required to book any neurotoxin appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final total at the time of service. Neurotoxin pricing is based on units, and the total cost depends on how many units are recommended and administered during your appointment. Your provider will assess your needs and discuss treatment goals before proceeding. If you no-show or fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit cannot be moved to another date, service, or person. By booking, you agree to these terms.
